The hotel is cozy and charming, with clean rooms that had all the amenities I needed, putting it a notch above the nearby Best Western. The service was excellent and delightful to deal with, ensuring a great stay despite a slight inconvenience with the pool pump noise. The location is amazing, within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the town. However, it's a bit of a walk to reach the ocean from the top end of Carmel. The dining options were a mix of fresh and delicious items but lacked variety, particularly in the breakfast offerings. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant experience.
